Book an appointment with HB Capital team and review the PPM and any questions that you may have.
Sign Documents
Sign Private Placement Memorandum, Subscription Agreement, and Investor Questionnaire.
Invest Funds
Send your selected investment amount to HB Capital Fund.
Re-Invest
Investors may re-invest if desired to compound their profits
Receive 1099
Investors will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for any interest paid
Receive Distributions
Investors will receive distributions every quarter by the 25th of the month.
